Shipping is undertaken by the artist concerned and will be processed as soon as is practical.
Many of the artworks which are replicated in prints, DVDs, Media Players, etc., are custom produced on demand upon receipt of your order, which can add up to 14 days to the delivery time estimates.
Your correct email information is essential so we can keep you informed of the progress of your purchase from the time of receiving your order to the time of dispatch.
Shipping times shown are an indication of estimated delivery time ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED.
Returns
You may return an item for full refund under the following conditions:
Return requests will be accepted up to thirty days of the date of dispatch
Prior to returning an item, email us on mehere@thenewblackconspiracy.com to request a RETURN AUTHORITY NUMBER (RAN) outlining your reasons for requesting the return
A copy of our reply email containing the RAN must accompany the returned item
The item must be unopened and in its original shipping packaging and condition
Return shipping costs must be undertaken by you or the item will not be accepted.
Your refund will be processed within 5 working days of the satisfactory receipt of the returned item
